Terms and Conditions

Parties must be booked at least 10 Days in advance.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking, which will be deducted from your final invoice.

Should your party be booked during the sma eweek of the party date, full payment is required by eft.

No cheques are accepted.

The balance due must reflect in the account 2 days prior to your party.

Final numbers for guests should be confirmed 5 days pror to your party.

Collection time for party goods will be discussed on delivery (our equipment is usually rented for a maximum of 3 hours, plus a half an hour before and after the party for set up and break down)

It will be the responsibility of the client to ensure that goods are well kept until collection.

Please take care when using candles and sparklers as these damage the table cloths and covers. Damages will be charged for at full replacement rate.

Replacement value will be due immediately: Chair covers R50, table cloth R80, cake table cloth R50, Banner R500 and photo board R1000

Please keep photo boards out of rain and off wet grass.

If a party is outside the designated area, a fee of R3 per km will be charged. If you have booked an Entertainer a extra R100 fee will be charged for travelling time.

Please ensure that the party area is cleared and ready for set-up before we arrive.

Prices are only valid for 30 days from date of quotation.

The themes we offer and accessories are subject to availability from the suppliers.

All changes must be done in writing and confirmed telephonically

If only decorations and accessories and no package has been ordered it is the responsibility of the client to collect. A fee of R3 per km will be charged for deliveries and collections.

If you have chosen a package with a craft or booked a entertainer and the party has more than 25 kids an extra fee of R200 will be charged for a extra supervisor to help with the craft and game. If you have more than 36 kids an extra R400 will be charged for a third supervisors help.

A handling fee of 5% will be charged if payment is done with credit card

Our party team cannot accept any payments during the party.

We are not liable for any loss, damage or destruction to property or injury or death of any person which may be suffered whilst at our venues.

We strictly only set up and break down our equipment and accessories that have been booked by the client.
